Was very disappointed. I've eaten at several New York Subs locations and have found the food and service average to good considering that it is fast food. This location however was completely the opposite. The sandwich was adequate at best but the wait in line was extremely long.

I question if the staff understands how the line is supposed to flow. At other NYS locations you are given a number and pick up your own food and drink. At this location however the person who makes your sandwich brings it to your table which slows the production process down.

I also question if the person running the register was properly trained. She had to swipe payment cards (including mine) multiple times for most transactions. There were several people in line who left before ordering. If you have a short time for lunch this is not the place to go.

The restaurant was not particularly clean. I made a point of not setting my tray on the counter by the drink machine. The restaurant had apparently been cleaned at some point as it smelled strongly of bleach but I don't know that it would have passed a health department inspection were one conducted while I was there. I would not recommend it.
